For 4 persons
200 gr breast chicken (or ham or bacon)
2dcl sour cream
1 teaspoon of salt
First, bread cut on thin slices and breast of chicken cut on small cubes. Next step is to mix egg with sour cream and with cubes of chicken’s breast and with salt. Every piece of bread is needed to cover with previously made mixture of sour cream, breast of chicken and salt. At the end decorate sandwiches with little ketchup. Then sandwiches put in oven and bake them at 200 degrees until they don’t get golden brown color. Sandwiches can be served with cup of yogurt or cup of tea.
